Law Enforcement Lines Up Behind Rotellini
PHOENIX – Today, a number of powerful voices in Arizona law enforcement joined the call to elect Felecia Rotellini as Arizona’s next Attorney General.
The law enforcement organizations announcing their support are the Phoenix Police Sergeants and Lieutenants Association (PPSLA) and the Arizona Conference of Police and Sheriffs (AZCOPS), the largest law enforcement organization in Arizona with a membership of more than 8,000 public safety officers.
Today’s endorsers are the latest additions to the already extensive list of law enforcement professionals who support Rotellini and her message of securing the border and keeping Arizonans safe. In all, nine of Arizona’s 15 sheriffs, along with organizations representing the bulk of the state’s peace officers, have declared Felecia Rotellini the best choice for Attorney General. Rotellini is endorsed by three of the state’s four border sheriffs - Clarence Dupnik (Pima), Ralph Ogden (Yuma) and Tony Estrada (Santa Cruz).
"The values she learned growing up in a small western town are the values we need in our next Attorney General," said Sheriff Ogden of Rotellini.
La Paz County Sheriff Don Lowery said, "Law enforcement knows we can look to Felecia for leadership."
"I am honored to have the support of the men and women who are in the trenches every day fighting to protect Arizona," said Felecia Rotellini. "As Attorney General, I look forward to working alongside the entire Arizona law enforcement community."
